The mission of the Doctoral School of Humanities, in line with the mission and objectives of the West University of Timișoara (UVT), is to train students in order to obtain a higher qualification corresponding to Level 8 of the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) and the National Qualifications Framework.

The training of highly qualified professionals in the field of Humanities is grounded in scientific research and contributes to the recognition of the West University of Timișoara through the performance and visibility of doctoral research outcomes acknowledged at both national and international levels.
